Lady Monika Bacardi attended the world premiere of “The walls of Bergamo” in the Encounters section of the 73rd Berlin International Film Festival

The documentary film Le mura di Bergamo by Stefano Savona, made with the support of Danny Biancardi, Sebastiano Caceffo, Alessandro Drudi, Silvia Miola, Virginia Nardelli, will be presented in world premiere at the 73rd Berlin International Film Festival, in Competition in the Encounters section. , Benedetta Valabrega, Marta Violante.
Le mura di Bergamo was also selected among the 20 documentaries – chosen across the sections Competition, Berlinale Special, Encounters, Panorama, Forum, Generation and Perspektive Deutsches Kino – vying for the Berlinale Documentary Award , which will be presented during the ceremony official award ceremony at the Berlinale Palast on 25 February 2023.

The film, an ILBE – Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment production with Rai Cinema, tells the story of the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic in Italy, in particular in Bergamo: a city that, as a single organism, collides with and reacts to the virus , making the network of connections between the lives of the inhabitants even tighter and stronger.
