The film Memento has truly become a cult. Christopher Nolan’s masterpiece should be remade thanks to Monika Bacardi from AMBI Productions.
Almost 20 years later, Memento is expected to come back to life.
Since the AMBI Group acquired the rights to the film from the Exclusive Media Group, producer Monika Bacardi immediately thought of giving Nolan’s film a second life:
“Memento is a masterpiece that leaves the spectator in doubt by watching the film, and even long after, a demonstration of the director’s audacity served by the game of Guy Pierce. We intend to remain true to Nolan’s vision and offer a film that is as accurate, memorable, iconic and rewarding as the original. It’s a great responsibility to offer something that matches the original, but we’re extremely excited and motivated to bring this work back into the minds of the audience.”
